We except conditional returns because the ticket is redeemable for merchandise. 

Assuming the product is not defective, and you purchased your product(s) during a giveaway*, and you want to return it for your money back there are three options: (remember though that after the giveaway ends we will no longer except returns). Used cosmetics can not be returned.

  1. Keep Your Item: You can choose to keep your item and you keep your entries in the giveaway.
  2. Mail us Back the Item for Store Credit**: The item(s) must be in new, sellable condition. We will give you store credit for the value of your order and your entries will be removed from the current  giveaway.  When you spend the credit in the future you will get those entries. Once we receive your item(s), our support team will contact you with a unique checkout code to use on a future order. This must be done within 5 days of  receiving your merchandise.
  3. Mail us Back the Item for a Refund**: The item(s) must be in new, sellable condition. We will refund the money on your card and your entries are taken out of the giveaway.  Please note, this is only possible  within 5 days of receipt or prior to the giveaway ending, whichever comes firstWe cannot issue a refund for an item purchased during a giveaway once the giveaway has closed.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items 
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt. 
  • Bag Prize does not pay for return shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
